“Platform” means the AME website at AllManilaEscorts.com and all associated services.

“User” means any person who accesses the platform, including clients, escorts, agencies, and unauthenticated visitors.

“Escort” or “Companion” means an independent adult who lists their services on the platform.

“Agency” means a business entity that manages one or more escort profiles with the escorts' explicit consent.

“Content” means any text, photos, reviews, or other material submitted to the platform by users.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By accessing AME, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited by law from accessing adult content in your jurisdiction.

AME is intended for use where adult companion directories are legal. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. We reserve the right to restrict access where required by law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Impersonation, accounts created to circumvent bans, and accounts with false information will be permanently removed.

Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

Escort profiles must contain accurate, current information. Photos must be genuine and belong to the person listed. Stolen photos, misleading descriptions, or impersonation will result in immediate removal and account suspension.

Agencies may only manage profiles of escorts who have given explicit, verifiable consent. Profiles created without the escort's knowledge will be removed and the agency account suspended.

All profile content must comply with Philippine law. AME reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion, with or without notice.

Reviews must reflect genuine interactions. Fabricated, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews undermine community trust and will be removed. Offering payment or incentives in exchange for reviews is prohibited.

All content uploaded to the platform must comply with our community guidelines and Philippine law. Content depicting or promoting illegal activity, minors in any context, or non-consensual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

AME moderates all reviews before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.

Users may not: harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; post fake reviews or manipulate ratings; scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without permission; use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraud; or create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.

Extortion, blackmail, or coercion involving any user will result in permanent termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities or circumvent security measures is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

All AME branding, design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of AllManilaEscorts.com and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform and in marketing materials.

AME is a directory platform. We do not employ escorts, set pricing, or arrange meetings. All interactions between users occur independently of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AME and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes damages resulting from interactions with other users, loss of data, unauthorized account access, or service interruptions.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of user-submitted content.

AME may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Grounds include violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Content you submitted may be retained or deleted at our discretion. You may not create a new account after termination without express written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
