Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, chosen display name, and account type (client, escort, or agency). Escorts also provide verification documents (government ID, selfie) which are reviewed and securely stored.

Profile information: Escorts and agencies may provide profile details including descriptions, photos, location, services, and pricing. This information is publicly visible on the platform.

Usage data: We collect basic analytics - pages visited, search queries, and device type - to improve the platform. We do not build behavioral profiles or track you across other websites.

Communications: If you contact us via email, we retain the correspondence to respond and improve our support.

To operate the platform: Display profiles, enable search and filtering, process reviews, and manage accounts.

To verify identities: Escort verification documents are used solely to confirm identity. They are not shared publicly or with third parties.

To enforce our policies: Detect and prevent fraud, fake profiles, harassment, and violations of our Terms of Service.

To improve the platform: Aggregate, anonymized usage data helps us understand which features are used and where the platform can improve.

To communicate with you: Service-related notices, security alerts, and responses to your inquiries.

AME does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

We do not track your browsing activity across other websites. We do not use retargeting pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral tracking.

We do not share user data with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not monetize your data in any way.

We do not store passwords in plain text. All credentials are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.

AME uses only essential cookies required for the platform to function - session management, authentication state, and user preferences (such as theme).

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed because we don't use optional cookies.

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the platform: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), and content delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.

We do not integrate with social media tracking pixels, Google Analytics, or any advertising network.

If we add third-party services in the future, this policy will be updated before any new data sharing begins.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or to prevent fraud.

Verification documents are retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion, to support dispute resolution and prevent re-registration by banned users.

Reviews and ratings remain on the platform after account deletion, but are anonymized - the reviewer's identity is removed.

Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically purged after 90 days.

Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Correction: You can update your profile and account information at any time.

Deletion: You can delete your account, which triggers removal of your personal data within 30 days.

Data export: You can request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

All connections to the platform use HTTPS encryption. Data at rest is encrypted. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

We conduct regular security reviews and promptly address vulnerabilities. If a data breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.

Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure. We encourage users to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspicious activity.

AME is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, it will be immediately terminated and all associated data deleted.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
